The life you want VS the life you choose.

The life you want vs the life you choose: a delusional conundrum or a reality check.

Everyman has a moment in life when he dives Into the realms of fantasy and wishful thinking but a sad reality is that many have lived in this realm all their lives. This is why they do not seem to understand why things don’t go they way they ‘want’. That’s it! You just said it. It’s the way they WANT.

At one time or the other we have all wanted something but we never had it. There’s a lot of play in the imagination of man and I am thankful that man doesn’t have the ideal and total power to get whatever he wants. Many have been so engrossed with what they want that they do not really give attention to what has more weight in the calculation of their eventual outcome.

What you ‘choose’ will come to pass most of the time. I will give you an example to paint a clear image in your mind.

A man who holds a dart with the intent of hitting the bull’s eye knows what he already wants, but what he will get will be the derivative of what he chooses. Even though he wants the bull’s eye, if he chooses the wrong trajectory of projectile then he will not have what he wanted.

What will however make you succeed in your ‘wanting’ is when you are patient enough to enter the right variables into the equations of life. What I mean by this is that for a man who wants to hit the bull’s eye, he must make sure that his internal and external environment is well known to the most precise order possible. The moment he know this, he then knows how to manoeuvre his choice to suit the outcome he wants.
Wanting to be rich will not make you rich, but rather choosing to live the regimented life and processes that guarantees wealth will eventually get you there as long as you follow all the laws, processes and principles.

It is therefore expedient for you to be more choice conscious than want conscious. In the Holy Bible, what you get in life is not what you always want but what you choose to put into life.

Deuteronomy 30:19 “I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. Therefore choose life, that you may live, you and your descendants;”

” What you WANT does not come to you until you CHOOSE it” – Harkheindzel Kenny Omiyale

On a final note, stop wasting time and life wanting things when you are not ready to choose what you want. The funny things about a choice is that when you decide not to make a choice, then you have already made a choice and as a result you have set principles in motion (most of the time that we do not want)
Today, resolve to take responsibility for your action and your future. If you want greatness then you need to choose greatness! Stop wishing to WANT and start working through your CHOICES.

I will see you at the top!

I’ve got lots of testimonies from people whose lives have taken a better turn with every session they attend. (getting across to me is not as cumbersome as you think. 1. This is very insightful, most times we humans confuse our wants with our choices, but after reading this and taking down key points, I choose greatness, I choose life, I choose to be happy.
